Ovarian cancer is one of the most difficult cancers to detect. There is no early detection test for it and nearly 80% of all cases are found in the late stages of the disease.

This month is ovarian cancer awareness month and we want to give you some tips on how you can reduce your risk of getting this terrible disease. While there are no known ways to truly prevent the disease, these four things have been shown to lower risk.
