Illnesses and injuries aren't planned. No appointment is necessary to receive quality care at a Stony Creek Urgent Care Center.

Necessary Documentation
As a patient, you must present some form of photo identification when you check in at the front desk, including, but not limited to, a driver's license, passport, military I.D., or state-provided identification card. A parent or guardian must accompany patients under the age of 18. The caregiver may accept with a signed letter authorizing treatment that has been provided by the parent/guardian.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Our medical center is equipped to handle most routine illnesses, injuries, and conditions. However, patients who are experiencing traumatic or life-threatening illnesses or injuries - such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, or loss of consciousness - should be sent directly to the Emergency Room.
