21 Ways To Stay Healthy In 2021

In no particular order, here we go;
- Eat healthy
- Exercise regularly
- Wear a seatbelt
- Drive the speed limit
- Wear a mask
- Keep social distance
- Practice self care
- Quit smoking
- Drink alcohol sparingly
- Wear a bike helmet
- Drink more water
- Sit less – try a standing desk at work!
- Get plenty of sleep
- Limit your technology use as best you can
- Avoid stressful situations
- Wash your hands
- Get to know your family medical history
- Get a physical (annual checkup)
- Get vaccinated
- Pair up with a buddy when exercising or practicing self care
- Protect your skin by covering up or using sunscreen
Many of us set out on a path of healthier lifestyle at the start of the New Year and this year may be no different. We certainly encourage that. Small steps can make a HUGE impact on your health and well-being throughout the year. Remain consistent and you will see improvements very soon.
